We received a very warm welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was tidy, clean and warm with easily adjustable radiator. The shower was just perfect. Although there was no restaurant, the food from Starbucks on the ground floor was fine. All staff at reception were friendly and helpful, especially Kirsty who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. A great experience and we will be back!
