        I absolutely love Marcio and James yoga classes! I have been attending their classes twice a week for several months and my physical and core strength has improved immensely during that time. The classes are relaxed and fun! Excellent yoga tuition is provided with care and attention given to accuracy of poses. Through attending these classes I feel more energised and I have found an ability to create an inner peace in otherwise stressful situations - thank you Marcio and James ! X
