I've had a number of problems with Xylem which led me to terminate my contract early with them and seek a local provider. I have found at times they have been insufficiently staffed to meet critical SLAs. This led them to send an untrained individual to the site who had to borrow tools from me and still couldn't complete a tast after 7 hours. By contrast when a trained individual arrived 5 days later it took him 20 minuites. They initially tried to bill for the first day where nothing was completed until I complained and they conceded they didn't have anyone trained to send so they just sent anyone. More recently It has taken them 4 months to produce a final bill and every month they sent me a chaser to pay an incorrect amount. I think the guys that come out work really hard, it's a shame they are let down by their management.
