I saw a car I liked on the website, I called and arranged a viewing. Throughout the buying process Ben kept up well informed. He ensured that the car had a new mot before picking up. Filling the paper work out was smooth and easy and both myself and my husband left feeling pleased with our new purchase. Thanks to Ben we felt in safe hands throughout.

Tower Hill garage sold me a car with lots of existing issues, i've complaining about the noise of the car and they kept telling that it was nothing to worry about until i took the car to another garage for a 2nd opinion which confirmed my concerns about it, funny enough after that they offered to fix the car without arguing which tells me they knew about all the issues (clutch, mass flywheel, suspensions...etc !!!), i'm still having issues with the car, they refused to take it back, i am now going to contact the finance ombudsman service. So before you buy a car there, take a good mechanic with you !
