Having lost a family member before christmas, the Blucando team went above and beyond to arrange access to a PC we needed to gain data from. The process was easy, simple zero stress and 100% effective in a process taken by quick and friendly staff. They have since assisted me on other non related issues. Absolutely faultless guys. I CANNOT reccomend BLUCANDO enough. If you need it fixed definitely should be your first call to make, and also the last. Id rate 10/5 stars if i could. As i cant it will be 5/5.

I have to start with a Big Thank you to The Staff at Blucando I woke up one morning and switched my computer on and suddenly it was no more .... an awful and confusing panic hit me as suddenly everything stopped. The support team at Blucando are very helpful , so I bought a new computer from them , I have now thankfully managed to recover the data despite a complete mechanical failure of my main and back up hard drive and have a great new set up . The bonus in all this is I now have a great back up team who are there when i need them which really is amazing Special, mentions thank you to Ben , Karl , Luke , Charlie and Max , your service has been really wonderful

What an amazing company...A few months back I lost a lot of data when my server broke. Blucando came out for a site survey and advised me what we needed for our company. The whole process has been seemless and a particular mention for Chris Cake who has been outstanding throughout the whole process. Chris installed all the PC's, set up the printers and has been available on the phone for any issues I may have had. For any IT issues - don't go anywhere else. Thank you. Paul - Redan Print
