        Trapped nerve, locking knee, dull incapacitating pain in the lower back, injuries after falling on the ice Rich Jackson knows his stuff, very competent and professional, I constantly give him new challenges. Last one - trapped nerve and the pain that prevented me from putting any weight on my right foot. Less than a week before travelling to a very taxing in terms of intensity skating event.
