        Sofa lasted less than 2 years. Threading everywhere, plastic tubing around the pillow seams all coming out all over the place. A small amount of water spilled leaves a really obvious patch on the sofa. Terrible quality. EDIT - contacted as below, and told they couldn't do anything. So never really had any intention of helping. Pictures added.

        We were helped by Candace who had spoken to us a week prior when we were still feeling very indecisive. We went back a week later and were genuinely hoping to find Candace on shift again so that she could help us buy our sofa. We were delighted to find Candace again who greeted us with a smile and recognised us straight away. Candace was very patient with us and helped us to understand all the options, for several similar sofas. Candace was clearly very knowledge and was a very good salesperson without being pushy. We ended up with a sofa set we are very happy due candaces advice and excellent customer service. Her 25 years experience in interior design clearly shows as she helped us with not only the sofa but the arrangement of our front room. We are very grateful for her expertise, help and customer service.
