        Had an unused 30 Postal Order. 2 RM staff at Camberley PO refused to redeem it. Went to Farnborough PO and was redeemed in about 1 minute. I now only use Camberley PO if using stamp machines - for counter service I go elsewhere - eg. Farnborough PO.

        This is not aimed at the staff at all as they all seem to be very good at their jobs. I've just waited half an hour to post 1 parcel. Only 2 staff in the Easter break is ridiculous. During that half hour there were 5 passport applications. There should be a separate area for this. RIDICULOUS !!!
