        Excellent customer service from FTH - especially Scott G - ordered kit in the morning and its on site within a couple of hours. Can't fault the guys there - the best hire company in Surrey.

        Very disappointing. Machine arrived without instructions on how to start it. Also vital component missing. I went to pick it up as I had no confidence it would turn up. Collection on wrong day. Paid quite a lot and customer service poor. Still not received deposit back after 2/3 days.

        FTH Farnham tool hire are a great branch to deal with - the guys we deal with are so helpful and friendly. The equipment to hire is always in good condition and up to date and the service is superb - I wont go anywhere else for my hire equipment. They are the best. Particularly Johnathan and Scott. Great guys.
