Papa John's Pizza

Verbally abused on my door step by a delivery driver that cant read and using vile language. Complained to my neighbour about having to deliver the food.

I waited for 2 hours for my food to be delivered when the driver showed up at my house, he gave me my food, shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what's going on, if your food is cold, call them" I went back and fourth with the driver but the end result was that I called the store and they told me that there was nothing that they can do. I said that they should remake my order or I wanted a refund and they told me they can send the pizzas but no sides even though they were also stone cold! (Not to mention they had also sent a wrong side aswell) they told me that they had spoken to the manager and when i asked to speak to him they said that he wasn't there! To which i asked for a supervisor and they told me that the answer was the same. The whole time they just seemed fed up but they wouldn't need to be if it was done right in the first place! They then offered me a free large pizza with my next order which I refused because I can 100% say I will NOT be ordering again!

Ordered food after a particularly rough day, rocked up an hour late and freezing cold. Called the restaurant and spoke to 2 of the rudest employees I've ever had the misfortune to come across and was told I'd get a refund before they hung up on me. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. Every time I call and they realise who I am they hang up.

Absolutly awfull 2 hours or more wait, no apology..i had to ring and the server was so rude to me refused refund and said only if thers something wrong with the pizza and thers nothing she can do about it abruptly. If it wasnt for the nice dellivery lady who was two weeks into her job i would have said take it back! Stone cold awful and dry. Will be demading refund.gave my number but i wont hold my breath for a call. So i will call. Also i suggest they teach employees customer service basics or human decencey how to talk to someone. Absolutly appalled. Wont order again.
