        Strange shop assistant with terrible customer service..

        I have been shopping here for years and using my DOfE leader discount without a problem but today the manager aggressively accused me of lying and cut up my discount card in front of me. She eventually backed down when I showed her my online discount card as well, but I am so shocked, her unpleasantness was totally unwarranted. I have been coming here even though it is more expensive than buying online because I think it is important to support the highstreet but no wonder the highstreet is dying when customer service is like this. Despite the managers (Tracy?) unpleasantness Ali was very polite and helpful, so thank you to him.

        Had a problem and went into Millets Farnborough. Tracey the manager and Caitlen were very helpful and sorted out my problem. Great service as always from Farnborough.

        Tried to drop off a parcel there using their advertised DPD drop off facility. Faced with 3 completely disinterested staff members who couldn't be bothered to deal with it. Useless does not even cover it.
