        They make you wait for a long time to be seen. Today I stood in the corridor for a long time just to collect my daughter's glasses. No one acknowledged us as we were waiting, I literally had to quickly approach one of the staff who was running around with paperwork and ask her to just give us the glasses. They need to improve on their customer service.

        I've been using this Specsavers for years, all the opticians I've seen have been professional, friendly and understanding of my eye phobia(!), so naturally I chose them for my son to have his first eye test and turns out he needed glasses for an astigmatism. They helped him choose a pair, fit them a week later and he looks very smart! Appreciate their service.

        Had i eye appointment for today , got cancelled due to staff shortages now have to go to the back of the queue and wait three weeks for the next available appointment
