        From my initial contact, Karl was incredibly knowledgeable about all things tech. My sons PC was built for a very competitive price and the turnaround time was literally 48 hours. I have since been back to Karl about an additional laptop issue and gaming glitches. Once again I was kept regularly updated via email throughout the fix. No work proceeds without prior agreement, and I felt confident that the work was being completed at a fair price. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any future needs.

        I needed help in choosing the right PC spec for my gaming requirements so got in touch with Karl and he explained what I would need. He did this with a budget in mind and I ended up with the perfect setup for my needs. Built and supplied in a fantastic time frame with consultation along the way if supply was difficult or not available. Highly recommended.
