Queue is always way too long and when you finally get served, the staff have no interest in talking to their customers, theyd much rather just have a convo with their colleagues , will never shop here again

20min wait because people are selling 100 units of tat for 9p a piece that belongs in a charity shop. Have separate selling and buying staff on the tills. The staff spent 30mins buying Gordon Ramsey on Nintendo ds while sales walked out the door.

Really love this place. Staff super friendly and helpful, good selection of stuff there and great prices.

I went in to trade some phones and Ameila was very friendly, patient and helpful. While i was in there another customer came in that was unnecessarily very agressive towards one of the other staff members Craig. Craig de-escalated the situation when it could have easily gone the other way as the man made violent threats and I was impressed with how he handled the customer.
