        Had my car repaired here after an accident; the service is excellent, polite, courteous staff and always available to discuss any matters arising. Always kept informed of the status - the car was picked up and dropped back and any issues resolved, no question asked. The persons picking and dropping the car were also very pleasant. Was told anything in relation to the repair, come back to us. Thanks to all for a job well-done. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

        Brilliant communication throughout . Both by phone and Text. Very polite on collection of our vehicle that was being collected for repair for accident repair through a no fault collision and done under AA car insurance. We were informed when it would be returned to us. The repair was perfect and the car is now 100%. The drivers returning it were very polite and friendly. When phoning the garage regarding a query again friendly polite and answered our query straight away . We would fully recommend this garage. Service: Body & Trim

        I had a no fault accident resulting in damage to the rear of my estate car. Steer Farnborough estimated the cost of repair and undertook to send a copy of their estimate direct to the insurance company but also copying me for information. The car was with them for a couple of weeks and the repair work was excellent. The car had also received an external valet before collection. They did an excellent job on the repair of course but the extra winning feature was the fact that they kept me absolutely informed about progress and when the car might be ready for collection. When they promised to ring, they did - when they promised to return a call, they did. First class service and I recommend them totally. Service: Body & Trim
