        Started to contact 31/09/22 from 11am redirected told different phone numbers a day later still waiting for someone to answer tried Farnborough and hart district council not interested ,plus very rude at hart.

        I was helping my elderly neighbour with an issue over electricity bill. The citizens advise team were so helpful and caring and have taken on her case and continue to assist in this matter. It has given my neighbour peace of mind knowing that her issue is in hand. Many Thanks.
