The kitchen designer was very good and helpful. We are in the process of completing different jobs before the kitchen installer comes over for the installation. I have to say it has been very difficult working with Wrens. The company that was supposed to pick up the kitchen waste came over to my house, entered my property without any permission and finally collected other stuff. The kitchen waste is still in my garden and the kitchen installer will not be able to bring the new stuff in. Wrens team have not been helpful and solution to my issue has not yet provided. That puts the kitchen installation date at risk! On top of that, the kitchen installer suggested that it is a good idea to put the new cabinets and appliances on top of plaster or even wet paint. My experience has been very bad so far.

Delivery was a nightmare, 2 hours late, no communication and no response from Wren. When they finally arrived, just chucked the stuff in, knocked the door frame. I'm dreading checking the condition of the products and from reading other complaints it's going to be hard to replace. I regret choosing Wren and wish I'd gone for a more reliable company.
