After years of donating at this store, and driving past many other charity stores to get there, today they announced "we are not accepting donations" and not even showing any interest in what I was donating (some of it was new and expensive) or consideration that my donation may have been financially beneficial. Not only turning down the donation, but also the gift aid relief it would have generated too.

Have taken loads of stuff to this place over the last couple of years a lot of it new my partner gift aids so I always give them his surname and postcode and there is no problem. Went into there today to handover a new coat and new makeup and the two women on the shop floor have got to be the most grumpy people I've meet in there wouldn't take my partners details so I took the stuff back
