Tricky experience really. I ordered two products, and received an email to collect them. Turns out, only half my things were ready to pick up. Two months later, its clear the other item isn't coming. The only easy to deal with that is to dial customer service, which was not pleasant. Had to send an email follow up, and was then not given the option of collecting the item but was sent a refund, which took a fortnight to arrive. So like, no. There are better options of sporting goods, use one of them. SportsDirect, Amazon, just not JD.

This place has no set hours, opens and closes whenever the staff feel like it all times of day. They were closed early on a day when I had driven specifically to pick up an order, shutters half pulled but customers still inside. The lady on the door just said manager wants to close early. I asked if she could get my orders out the back and was told no. I asked to speak to the manager as the girl was quite rude and unhelpful (I had seen her before on a previous visit and found her quite rude then.) the manager was worse! No wonder the staff are not customer friendly when theyre taught by such rude management. A customer service course or 2 wouldnt go amiss!
