        Terrible customer service. Optician more concerned with getting lunch than customers. One appointment cancelled 15mins before and another cancelled once I arrived. I won't be using boots in the future.

        I suffer with anxiety and given the current situation I was not in a good place today for my appointment but both the ophthalmologist and dispensing assistant were amazing and helped me through it with care and compassion. Would highly recommend.
