        Trade point staff very good but stock in shop in general is bit hit and miss

        Called the customer service to double check stock information and they said to rely on whats on the website. After 40 minutes of commute Ive arrived and found out that they are out of stock.

        I had such a nice experience in B&Q today in the paint mixing department with a young lady called Aggie. I was very frustrated with myself for buying the wrong colour paint. In no time I was feeling much better with the understanding, patience and care shown to me by Aggie who made my day by finding the perfect shade. Thank you so much Aggie x
