Regus - Farnborough Airport

Awful company in general, I do not advise taking a membership with them. I signed up for a flexi co-working desk and after only 2 days of using it I realised it did not suit my business (I am on zoom calls a lot and the space was quite busy and meeting rooms are extortionate). Once you sign up you are tied in for that entire month even though you might use only 1 day and then they expect 1 full month's notice on top of that. Absolutely zero flexibility from Regus, staff are rude and not precise when selling the space. No free parking either contrary to what I was told. Really disappointing.

Currently in Regus The Hub. Hate to do this as the staff here have been great but its a shame that the same cannot be said for head office. Additional charges will apply to your account despite what email communications suggest and at that point you are told to look at your T&Cs. I am sure the T&Cs also highlight how access to the building should be provided 24/7 which was not the case initially. Keep in mind that despite the good work of the staff here you will be dealing with head office to whom you are nothing but a number. No regards to keeping good relationships with businesses renting office space. UPDATED: 10/03 - despite the message below to get in contact there is actually no way to contact head office - even feed back options refer to the site itself and not flawed processes stemming from head office. IF someone wanted to find a resolution then my names on this review and it would not take a genius to contact me. Late payment charges almost 40% of rent despite email communication suggesting late payments would not be applied.
