        Absolute joke of a company. Buy online, they send you a battered item. They send a replacement and its worse than the first item. You cant refund or exchange in store even though their website says you can. Customer service team as useful as a chocolate teapot.

        I know my review is not branch connected. I get about 20 a calls a month from carphone warehouse sales reps despite On numerous occasions I have asked politely to have my number removed from there calling I'd list as not interested. I have blocked about 15 of the carphone warehouse numbers I have received calls on yet keep getting harassed by there sales reps I would never purchase anything from a company that just pesters a sale so much it can be damaging to peace and mental health Awful company

        Just went to Currys at Farnborough gate waited after speaking to the manager 45 mins to discuss Only to be told there is 4 managers and they are busy fair enough could of just told me they couldn't help instead of me standing there wasting my time So useless
