My existing brokerage firm increased my premium, for my business insurance, in the middle of the year with no warning. They provided me with a renewal with the incorrect company name and more errors. I asked them to amend the details. They then provided me with an invoice for their work without an amended illustration! I know Clive from a network organisation. I approached him for an illustration. Clive went to market with my request for a new insurance. He gained a quotation that is cheaper then my current plan. But, price is not everything. As an ex-IFA I can read a policy. The policy offers comprehensive cover, for the right amounts, and across two premises. Clive was thoroughly professional in his approach every step of the way. I have absolute confidence in my policy to cover me both in the U.K. and when I travel abroad for my international clients. I cannot recommend Clive highly enough for a professional and personal service.
