360 Play Farnborough - Soft Play and Party Venue

Such a shame, this is great concept and used to be a great place to visit. Now it it filthy and frankly a health hazard. We went off peak (term time) and were one of the first two customers when it opened in the morning. The place clearly hadnt been cleaned, toilets filthy, no toilet roll. Carpets disgusting with debris and food. The soft play had litter and debris and the thickest layer of dust Ive ever seen! I dread to think what germs are lurking on the costumes which look as if theyve never been washed. No toys in the role play areas and what little was there was scattered all over so obviously hadnt been sorted or cleaned from the previous day. I approached the manager and explained what I had found and he gave the impression that he had heard it a thousand times before as he knew exactly what I was going to say! He was very friendly and accepted responsibility and provided a refund but I would have preferred to have had a fantastic experience. He did then send out some staff to collect rubbish (a whole bin liner from the soft play!) and Hoover but what a shame this isnt done as standard!! We wont be returning.

Our daughter had a really good time here. Its alittle rough around the ages but with all the extra things to do, it makes it much more exciting than your average soft play. Theres a carousel, bumper cars, messy play area, Lego, role play, table football. The manager Owen is an absolute gem and was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. We didnt eat there but they handed out free pizza samples which were DELICIOUS so Id go for pizza if you stay for food. Coffee is decent, slushies for the kids and all round a really fun morning. Thank you 360 for making our day.

Lovely people and a fun set-up, but group (not local) management shot themselves in the foot with the new Wednesday afternoon SEN sessions (so much for "exciting" changes we would supposedly love) that are timed completely unsuitably for anyone of school age especially with many of the attendees at special schools, with lengthy transport. We can only assume they are trying to kill off these sessions altogether, which is sad because they have been a lifeline over the years at their sensible Friday night time presumably more lucrative for private parties. Their action faced with overwhelming negative feedback for this decision will speak volumes; hopefully they can redeem themselves.
