When we arrived we were advised it would take 30-45 minutes, a bit longer than we expected but we begrudgingly agreed.
Over an hour passed with no update, so we tried calling multiple times and the phone just rang off the hook. We finally got the van back after an hour and a half and had to let our customers down as it was too late in the day to get our deliveries out. Not a happy customer.

I appreciate it's important not to rush and get things done correctly first time.
However, as you can see from the image attached our vehicle has a tracker on it..
We arrived at 13.43 and the vehicle wasn't even moved from the car park to the workshop until 14.20, we should have had it back around this time, yet it sat still for 37 minutes with no one working on it, so I disagree, diligence and or thoroughness was not the cause of delay in this instance.
Again, delays can happen, but we were given no information, didn't have a clue what was happening and were just left on hold until the calls cut off.
