Very friendly, helpful. The lashes are very good quality. Love the fluffiness of them. Also a wide range of products to choose from. She also has written a personal thank you note which I thought it was really thoughtful recommended and cant wait to put my next order in xx

When a business goes that extra mile to look on your profile and personalise your order, with a few little goodies! you know its a business that cares... Not only is the owner a kind hearted lovely lady, the products are gorgeous. My last pro made lash supplier stopped supplying the L/M curl lashes! and I'm the only one in my area that provides this type of lash map, so to my relief I found beauty KLC professional, not only was it a relief, it's a pleasure to support such a warming business women! my support will now be continual. x
