        Came in today with an issue and the 2 managers on shift were amazing always nice to shop where staff cear and don't thob you off

        I bought a product for my elderly mother which wasnt suitable so I returned to the Farnborough store where I was made to feel like a criminal with the staff member unpacking it in its entirety (even though it had never been opened) and he then inspected every piece under the light before finally announcing that I could have a refund. I will never shop here again because it is absolutely unacceptable that they should make their valued customers feel this way just for returning unsuitable items.
