Ordered some brackets Online, Called on the Monday to make sure the order was ok. Was told everything was in stock and good to go. Delivery was late and when the parcel arrived wrong items delivered. I contacted CONTACT IT SOLUTIONS Ltd, was told that I ordered the wrong thing. ! They Invoiced me for the parts I ordered then told me on the phone that they don't even sell that brand - The Invoice clearly states the Brand Name. They said, what they provided was a direct replacement - ( very cheap and flimsy ) Items were the wrong size, the wrong shape, Not made of the correct material. and I was told repeatedly that I received exactly what I ordered, ( by a customer service agent that didnt even know what the product was ). FINALLY, after getting them to look at THEIR OWN WEBSITE, they agreed that the items they sent were nothing like what I ordered. They agreed to send a Courier to collect the parcel and issue a refund. Its been 3 weeks and STILL NO COLLECTION - What a JOKE !!!

I placed a small order for few electrical items from these guys. There was a minor mistake on the first order and they sorted it out immediately without the slightest quibble. It's things like this that really demonstrate a good attitude to customer services and so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
