        Having recently had a nightmare with another BS in trying to set up a Bank Account for my 12YO, I returned to the NBS. I have had mortgages previously with them and never had anything other than first rate service. Each encounter was a smooth and efficient affair. The knowledgeable staff guided me and child through process whilst we waited. Cannot fault. Great service.

        You can imagine how distressed one can be when they realise that something weird is happening to your account. Roshan the staff I spoke to about this anomalies on my account was so kind.
