The team at RC Grant are amazing and very helpful. I purchased a property that had Windows and Conservatory fitted by RC Grant and the work carried out is amazing. They were very helpful in helping fix any snagging issues I had. All my questions was answered very quickly. The team that came out was super professional and very polite. Would definitely recommend them and would use myself in the future.

I moved into a newbuild Millgate property in Dec 2019. The windows and doors were installed by R C Grant. I've had a number of issues with them as have others. In July 2021 I reported that there were problems with the mechanism on several handles. R C Grant tradesman attended promptly and agreed that they should be replaced. I heard nothing until their manager turned up 3 months later and said that there was nothing wrong with them. Despite the promise of replacements they are doing nothing. I had Anglian Windows installed in my last house. In my experience they are of much superior quality to the R C Grant Windows which I would not recommend.
