Amazing customer service - they are just so unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful and v v speedy! They make accounting so much easier!! Would recommend!

Accountant specialising in non-profits; I moved one of my clients onto Liberty in September & I have been really impressed. It is very straight forward to get to grips with and handles fund accounting well. The company are very responsive to support queries and suggestions to adapt functionality for their users' needs. I also had no idea that they were based just round the corner from me, until I started using the software, so it is an added benefit as far as I am concerned, to support local!

The accounting application is excellent for our charity and has a great user interface. Telephone support has rarely been needed but provides an excellent service.

I cannot recommend Liberty Accounts enough for charities. You get the whole deal: the clever software specifically configured for the needs of charities which is the element I cannot praise them enough for, but also the email and telephone support, the patience and intelligent responses to the changing demands of the sector and their clients!
