Caroline from YRH has been a total blessing. I was floundering and finally recognised that it was OK to be bad at financial management and that I didn't have to keep suffering. YRH could help - what a discovery! In the last 9 months. Caroline has helped me make sense of the numbers so that I can make properly informed business decisions, the outcome being that my business is more profitable and very sustainable. I'm never going to love the numbers side of the business, but I feel much more calm and in control now. I've loved working with Caroline and would not hesitate to work with YRH in the future when we step up to the next level. For now, we are in a position to move forward effectively due to the work that has been done with me. YRH supplied us with a Financial Controller for 4 months, working 2/3 days per week. The FC was very professional and efficient whilst also being very likeable and amenable, so quickly fitted in with all other staff members. This is the second occasion we have used YRH for a finance staff position, and would have no reservations about using them again in the future, or recommending their services to others.

Solid solution for SME's that don't require a full-time specialist but do need a qualified Financial Controller to in our case produce consolidated monthly mgmt accounts. It saved a lot of time and hassle vs playing freelancer roulette. It is also personalised and you get to know your FC well as opposed to feeling you're with an agency being passed around. You also know you have contingency and assurances to fall back on.
