Very disappointing. I tried to book a visit out of the normal guided tour on Saturdays as I could see in their website - "Visiting at other times Individuals or groups who wish to visit the church and crypt shouldcontact us, either by email or by telephone" - So I emailed and I haven't received any answer. I decided to call, and OMG! What a rude person over the phone. I asked politely if there was any possibility of visit the Abbey another day than Saturday and instead of saying "no sorry", she decided to shout at me and say the visits are exclusively on Saturdays. After that she hang up on me. Well, first of all, they should change the website and not make people believe that you can visit it another day. And secondly, don't bother going and giving any money. They have something amazing and historical there but ruined by incompetents. I won't be able to visit the Abbey or the tomb of Napoleon III, Thank you!

I recently visited St Michael's Abbey to photograph a beautiful winter wedding ceremony. WOW the opportunities to take unique photos are endless here. Cannot wait to return soon again. David Bige Photography
