Oakland Tree Services

Oakland came round to quote and were efficient in sending out the quote. I scheduled them in, and they has changed the date a few days before coming which is totally understandable as things change. So we booked another date in, I was waiting around to go to work and they turned up a hour and half late after sending multiple appointments through stating the time they would be there and when they did arrive they had to leave for another job due to an emergency again understandable. There was then no contact from them to reschedule and I had to get in touch with them to book another date. This time they just didnt turn up, tried calling a few hours after they were due to arrive and got through to a someone who said if they are booked in they will be there and he would call me back, which he never did and no one turned up. Still haven't heard anything from anyone since to apologise, explain or reschedule and its been over a week. Feel like its been a total waste of my time, wouldnt recommend.

Sam and the team were professional from start to finish, and did an excellent job felling our established oak tree (approx. height 22m). They showed real skill and expertise, and I'm glad we chose them for the job. I would highly recommend their services.

I have had work carried out by Oatland tree services and they are fantastic. I spoke to the lady at the office who was absolutely brilliant. A quotation was booked in and carried out by Sam the owner of the Company. He was through making sure I was away of what was and wasn't being carried out and what was ans wasnt involved in the price. The lads that carried out the work were great very professional and very helpful. I wouldn't use another company now.
