The least helpful company who dont care about residents. We have had so many issues with how badly sapphire manage and maintain property. Firstly we were given a ticket for parking in our own space which they didnt help with after many emails were told to deal with it ourselves or taken to small claims court even tho we pay for our own space. Bike stolen from shed due to dodgey front lock and no help/update on that, main communal door lock is broken every other week So there is nearly always access to the building for anyone, electricity cupboard with meters and top up boxes gets locked so access is denied and they tell you that residents have to buy their own key to access their own meter readings(had another resident without electricity for two days with a young child due to this problem too!). Frequently lacking in cleaning and maintaining stairwells and hallways. Never respond by trying to help residents they just try and shrug off our issues. Terrible all round and have never assisted us to any level of satisfaction.
