I met Eddy for the first time last week. He squeezed me in for a last minute puncture repair on my Street Glide, which isn't a 5 minute job on one of these (rear wheel). Eddy worked late to get me back on the road. My observations were that Eddy pays strict attention to detail, using a torque wrench on every bolt, and takes a exceptional amount of care with the small stuff - covering painted surfaces with a cloth, securing brake caliper with a bungee so its out of contact with other parts of the bike. This little details are unusual, and for those that are very fastidious with their bikes, will appreciate such a fine level of care. Eddy - thank you, and see you next time for some upgrades!

Eddy is the most diligent motorycle engineer I've ever met. Thorough and careful in every approach without ever cutting corners. I've always had issues with different shops and mechanics, and always had that little bit of worry leaving my bike to get sorted, but I've never had that issue with Eddy. His knowledge is amazing, he can answer every single question you throw at him and explain everything he plans to do and why its the best way. I can't thank Eddy enough over the years for keeping me on the road and safe.
