It's closed down and looks like the ceiling is leaking. Shame as the wood burners in the window look nice.

We has visited this store a couple of times and finally got to the point where we needed to order a fireplace. We popped in to make queries, the man we spoke to was friendly and took our details to call us back once prices were confirmed. I hear he had since had an accident and injured his leg but we were assured that he would be fine and contact us in a couple of weeks. That was 2-1/2 months ago. With this level of service, sadly I cannot recommend this place.

Don't waste you're time. My mum who is 86 had a gas fire fitted by this man 3 years ago. Last week it sprung a leak she called the gas board out who turned the gas off. She was told by them that the leak was coming from the fire and she would have to call him out to remove the fire. She rang him and he told her he would get back to her, he never bothered and after that never bothered to answer his phone leaving her without heating , hot water and unable to have a hot meal. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

Failed to show up on 3 different occasions to provide quote, and refused to return calls. I don't understand why you would agree to visit and provide a quote only not to show up. Does not make much business sense.
