Aslam o laikum. Allah blessed us this year by calling us to his house. After looking at various options we chose Kalimah Tours, Faisal looked after us very well which is not easy since it can get very busy at hajj. He went out of his way to make it easy so I would highly recommend . Allah bless your business.

I would highly recommend Kalimah Tours to anyone looking to perform hajj or umrah. They provided exceptional customer service and went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Staff worked around the clock and customer service was available 24/7. They were very good in giving us information about our next steps so we could prepare beforehand. Everything they said they'd provide they provided. All staff were well mannered, competent, friendly and reassuring. We had no issues in terms of hotels, food etc. Whilst staying in aziziyah we had daily coaches that would take us to the haram. The team provided us with hajj seminars before and during the days of hajj. This was of great help and kept everyone motivated. Not only did we have walking tours around the Haram and Masjid Nabwi, we also had ziyarats in both Makkah and Madinah. The team also organised visits to museums in Makkah and Madinah. Here we had the opportunity to learn about the Sahabahs and how the Qur'an was compiled.

The two Brothrs; Fiasal Ahmed and I think the other Brother Fahim otherwise known as Zakaria are the best thing for this business. If every member of staff was competent, polite, professional and considerate like these two, this business would be amazing. They are able to speak to any and everyone of all groups and ages, and you can easily see they work very hard to get the smallest things done. My stay in Mecca was amazing, the hotel was an amazing 5* hotel; The Swiss Hotel Al Makkam. The stay in Azizah was enjoyable, because I got to bond with a lot more people, and the camp on Mina for me was ok, I can not say it was great; only because the food should have been better, but Alhumdulil'Allah I really got to meet more Brothers as well as rest. In Medina; I can only say this was totally amazing, the hotel was great, the food was amazing and the distance from the Masjid, all I can say is Alhumdulil'Allah.

Asalaaam aleykum Alhamdulillah Allah guided me to Kalimah tours. The service was excellent right from the go from handing our paperwork, to the hotels, the couch transfers, the constant updates via whatsup, the ziyara ect was brilliantly done. Our group leader Feisal was exceptional, professional, very caring and reassuring. He constantly inqured whether we were alright from the start of the journey at the airport, during the jamarats, the ziyara until we left for our return journey. He was polite enough to say goodbye. I will keep him and his family constantly in my duas may Allah grant him Janathul Firdous Ameen. The other brothers that were equally excellent were Zahin and Fahim(Zakariya) always smiling, ready to help with any inquiries, very informative with the ziyaras. May Allah put more baraka to this tour group Ameen.

Alhamdulillah my family and I were blessed with the invitation to perform Hajj this year by the grace of Allah SWT. When one thinks about Hajj, you associate it with an Islamic obligation, a spiritual journey, seeking redemption, and starting afresh. The other aspect of Hajj one also thinks about are the problem with such as masses of people, crowd crush, traffic congestion, delays, illness, physical endurance and so on. So there was a degree of apprehension before we embarked on our journey. We returned from our 4 week package last week, and having had time to reflect on the entire experience. I can only but praise brothers Faisal, Zahin, Fahim & Bilal amongst others. They were there to make our experience as trouble free as possible so that we could completely immerse our self in the Pilgrimage. We were met my brother Faisal at Heathrow Airport on our departure, and escorted by brother Zahin via Bahrain to Jeddah. We sailed through the Hajj terminal in 20mins!! At the seminar we were told to expect delays between 3-7hrs from past experience. This really set the tone for the rest of the journey where all the transfers particularly during Hajj days were pretty much clockwork. I think credit must also go to the Hajj Ministry. We stayed in Makkah at the excellent 5* Swiss Hotel Al Makam in in the Clock Tower for a week. We then transferred to the Aziziah apartments, which were very clean and functional in a very quiet neighbourhood. Far better than I had expected. It had the added benefit of a masjid directly opposite the apartments along with a 5 min walk to local shops, and restaurants The Mina tents were cosy & functional, unfortunately where we were situated in the tent the air coolers did not reach us, so a little uncomfortable! With mobile devices aplenty and only 2 power points on extension leads was not satisfactory and perhaps even a hazard. There was a constant rush to secure a plug to charge ones device. I would strongly recommend sourcing some Multiport USB Power Chargers for next year. Fairly inexpensive, and they remove so much stress as sadly we cant live without our mobile phones. Interestingly WhatsApp was the primary mode of communication with regular updates throughout the journey which made our life so much easier. After Hajj we transferred to another 5* hotel in Medina, the Al Eiman Royal. If anything this was even better than the Swiss Hotel. The location was near gate 26, ideal for my wife and daughter to access the ladies section in Masjid Al Nabawi. There were walking & coach tours in both Makkah & Medina. Our return flight was from Medina which saved a lengthy journey back to Jeddah. Aside from being logistically slick and well organised, I cant speak highly of their customer service skills. They were there to serve us and make our journey as trouble free as possible. I will share 2 experiences which exemplified this: Like many Hujjajs my eldest son became very ill whilst in Aziziah and required hospital treatment. At 1am in the morning brother Faisal ordered a taxi and went with us to a hospital nearby. Alhamdulillah with the usual course of antibiotics he recovered sufficiently to perform his Hajj. My younger son lost his iPhone whilst in Mina. He was able to track it down by calling it. A security guard had picked it up on the 3rd floor of the Jamarat. As it was the last day in Mina and we had to leave before Magrib, brother Bilal walked to the Jamarat the following morning after Fajr to retrieve the phone which took him 4.5hrs! I cant express how grateful I am to these wonderful group of brothers who made this Pilgrimage easy for me and my family. Truly humbled and blessed!! May Allah SWT bless them, and they continue with the good work they are doing. JazakAllahKhayr Kalimah Tours !
