Lbs builders created me a double storey extension consisting of state of the art kitchen, utility and downstairs wet room/ toilet with additional 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite. All I can say is how happy I am. They made my house in to a dream home and the end finish was outstanding and quality that I cannot fault. My friends and family were stunned at how they transformed my home and I have 2 friends that have booked lbs to carry out work for them also. The team are very clean and tidy and well mannered and I could not have made a better choice. Thank you lbs for making my dream a reality.

Mark Laporte quoted to plaster and decorate a large wall in my house. When he arrived to do the job he said he did not realise the wall had wallpaper on it and he needed to re-quote. I had other quotes and it was obvious to me and everyone else wallpaper needed to be stripped. Anyway he doesn't do any of the work himself he farms the plastering and decorating to others and obviously puts his bit on top. So just bear that in mind. The plasterer said to me it would need a couple of weeks to dry before decorating. Mark insisted it did not and wanted to come over 4 days later. He left rubbish outside my house for a few days as well which was inconvenient. After a short time the paint cracked. I had several tradesmen over doing other work and had them look at it. They all said it was because the plaster was not dry. I contacted Mark several times and he gave me some spiel, basically refused to come over to rectify the issue.
