Contacted Nick after reading the reviews, and within 24 hours our extractor fan in the loft was replaced. From our description of the problem, and a few pictures showing the "broken" extractor and surrounds, he was able to recognise what the issue was and what was required to complete the job, and quote us a final figure. Prices for tradesmen can always be a bit of a worry, so knowing the exact starting and final figure was a plus.
