Dr a O Ola - the New Medical Surgery

The clinic is not worth even one star. You can basically never hold on to them; mainly, every morning, they are already booked for the day. If they answer the phone, they either say it's secured and call us in a few days, or they arrange to see the doctor for 5min. They care 0 if a kid is seriously sick, they say call back in few days! Oh and the doctors is the worst in there! I simply don't understand how an English system let these kind of people work as a doctors. Do they even have a degree to work a doctors? Lack of empathy, rude. Poor quality doctors so so so poor..So if you need a serious investigation, treatment or advice, don't waste time in there! I personally after some time a gave up and unfortunate have to pay loads of money for private clinics.

Dr Ola is the best doctor we've ever had and could ever hope to have. He's an absolute credit to the NHS and we wish we could keep him forever.

Absolutely useless!!! They haven't got a clue what they are doing. Make you wait half hour over your appt time every time and cannot seem to sort out the prescriptions.....regularly left with no tablets which is dangerous. DO NOT GO HERE, IT'S AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
