I am the king of procrastination! If an item breaks in my house sadly I can't go out and replace it, rather it's the beginning of a thorough investigation (beginning with reviews from 'Which' magazine etc) However, there is an exception to this: when Microsoft's support for Windows 8.1 was coming to an end and I needed to upgrade, I had no hesitation in immediately contacting Central Computers for my (new) PC requirements. Previously (8 years ago) very impressed with their service, and the same was true now in 2023! Thank you.

Recently we had a problem with our PC. Heather at Central Computers was extremely helpful in taking the PC explaining in detail the possibilities for moving forward. The fact that the computer was old made us decided to go for a new machine. This was designed with our needs in mind and we were kept informed throughout the process to ensure we were completely satisfied. The bonus for us was that the set up was exactly as we had before with transfer of all data/apps completed. This made it easy to take home, set up and use with minimal effort. We have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and efficient family business to anyone with any computer issues.
