from an initially great experience I have been ignored for 16 months by Mason and his team. I purchased my Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio in October 2021. It took 16 months to receive my V5 Log book. On purchase I paid nearly 1000.00 for road tax and luxury car tax. When I checked the DVLA system it became apparent that Imperials had taken my money and not taxed the vehicle as promised, they also didnt send the log book which would have allowed me to purchase my own road tax. The system clearly states the vehicle has been untaxed since sept 2021 I have chased them multiple times for a refund on the tax, they have chosen to ignore me and fob me off. They also advertised the vehicle as having two previous owners, the V5 states 4 previous owners. I will be submitting a small claims action immediately.

Purchased a 360 from Daniel, The car was as described and pre and post sales service was excellent both in person and via telephone/whatsapp. Daniel kept me up to date throughout the entire process
