        Really brilliant. Felt heard, understood and in great hands. Shoulder pain had been improved massively from a recent massage with Tierney and started to return (it's a chronic issue). Further improvements after the session with Fiona. Really pleased with both treatments, the setting and the professionalism of both Tierney and Fiona.

        I have done both normal pilates classes and now pre natal pilates with Tierney and have really enjoyed both. Tierney is professional and friendly and makes the class both enjoyable and informative. I find the classes really beneficial especially while pregnant and would highly recommend them.
