5 star experience here - Had to rush our dog in with severe pain in his back leg of unknown cause. Firstly to be greeted by a friendly and professional reception team always makes the initial experience a real pleasure here you get that and more! Vet Bridget saw us right away and handled our dog with real empathy during the initial examination, her experience really showed and he was put at ease very quickly (we have a very nervous dog). Following this tests needed to be done for a proper diagnosis, the nursing team again handled him with a real professional and kind approach and gave us regular updates on the tests they were doing. Long story short he came out with the medication and treatment he needed and is now running around like a lunatic again. A huge thank you to all the team for their professional handling of this particular situation and for your ongoing care of all our pets health. 5 star team and 5 star practice cant recommend enough !

The staff are really friendly and caring towards the pets. A very efficient place they answer there telephones and if they don't have appointments they are still prepared to fit your pet in.
