        Service over the last few months descending into almost non-existent. Previously we'd left a 5-star review here, but calls often not being answered within the three rings that they advertise on their website (don't blame covid, you've had plenty of time to figure this out by now), and on several occasions calls just not being answered at all with customer's being left on hold, with no chance to even leave a voice message for us.

        We have been with PA for approx 4 years, the service started out very good as they were keen to build up clients. Since then it's gone downhill and the management don't seem to be particularly bothered.
