        They have great staff. My sister went there when she was younger up to year 6. And now my son and he absolutely loves it! Amazing how they take the time to get to know the kids and their backgrounds is absolutely great!! Love them all.!

        Staff that work with children are great and provide stimulating activities for them. However, office staff are unbelievably incompetent, rude and indifferent. Particularly an administrator and phone operator called Jay! He has been so unpleasant and antagonistisic to talk to (on serveral occasions), that I have resorted to filing an official complaint. It has still not been resolved more than 1 month later. Serverly lacking in acceptable customer service!
