Michelle was recommended to me by a friend who has done dozens of Iron Man events and said working with her made all the difference. Personally, I reached out to her to help me "get my fire back" after sustaining a two-year leg injury and feeling completely burnt out from sport. I couldn't be more grateful to have found her. Even though I had a complex history and situation, she was able to quickly determine exactly what we needed to move forwards... to not just get my fire back, but to make the flame burn brighter and more wisely(!) than ever before. She is also one of the most patient and thougtful people you will ever meet, and her years of experience means she has MANY tools in her toolbox, while being an athlete herself means she understands exaclty what you're going through.
