It rarely ever seems to be fully staffed. Large queues at various times and quite often only one, sometimes two, of the three counters open.
Parcels that are paid for and left for collection by Royal Mail are in the public area near the Exit door, which could easily be stolen/damaged.
Have posted parcels here several times and asked for "proof of posting" and they haven't given me it.
About time this Overrated and Glorified City got a decent sized, fully staffed Post Office. This one is an utter joke.
